Rotary mulchers RM

Metal-KO RM rotary mulchers have a single rotor with 3 floating blades, and they stand out for being able to work with lower-powered tractors, from 14 to 50 hp. Their uses range from viticulture to arable farming, and their design also makes them suitable for orchards with wide canopies.

The five models differ in width, weight and required power. The RM 100 has a working width of 98 cm, an overall width of 100 cm and a weight of 90 kg, and requires 14 hp. The RM 125 works at a width of 123 cm, weighs 145 kg and requires 25 hp, and the RM 150 works at a width of 148 cm, weighs 185 kg and requires 35 hp. The RM3 190 and RM3 230 have working widths of 177 and 217 cm, overall widths of 180 and 230 cm and weights of 240 and 290 kg, and require 35 and 45 hp respectively.

Standard equipment includes front skids and a rear roller, both with working height adjustment. Optional equipment includes height-adjustable front wheels instead of skids, a front chain guard, a side door for discharging shredded material and a herbicide sprayer for spraying on both sides or one side. For the RM 125 and RM 150, hydraulic side shift of the whole mulcher is available, for which the tractor must have at least one double-acting hydraulic outlet. All specifications
