FPM SUNCE wheel rakes are used for raking, spreading and turning cut grass, which shortens drying time. They follow the ground well, so they suit all types of terrain, and their simple, sturdy construction makes them easy to use and reliable.
The rake wheels carry tines of a special shape and geometry made of high-quality spring wire, and the wheel housings have high-quality bearings and a built-in grease nipple. A ground-following system adapts the wheels to uneven ground.
The series has four models. The SS 240/4 and SS 300/5 have four or five rake wheels, a working width of 2.4 or 3 m and mechanical wheel lifting. The double DSS 520/9H and DSS 800/13H have nine or thirteen wheels, a working width of 5.2 or 8 m and hydraulic lifting. All models have 40 tines per wheel, attach to the three-point linkage of category I and II tractors and need 18 kW (24 hp) to 30 kW (41 hp). The maximum work rate is 3.6 to 12 ha/h and the weight 185 to 846 kg.
