The FPM LM lightweight mulcher shreds crop residues and pruning residues in orchards and vineyards, and is used to maintain green areas and neglected ground. It crushes branches up to 40 mm thick.
Its lightweight construction is intended for smaller farms, weekend properties and parks, and the mulcher can also be fitted to smaller tractors. The mounting frame can be fitted in two positions, and maintenance is simple and inexpensive. The 114 mm rotor is driven from the PTO (540 rpm) through two or three V-belts, and the cutting height is 2–7 cm.
The LM 110, LM 130 and LM 150 models have working widths of 1.1, 1.3 and 1.5 m and overall widths of 1.3, 1.5 and 1.7 m. Minimum tractor power ranges from 11 kW (15 hp) for the LM 110 to 18 kW (25 hp) for the LM 150, and the models weigh 188, 246 and 262 kg.
