The Kubota Z2-481 is a zero-turn mower for larger gardens, holiday homes and smaller professional green spaces. Drive is hydrostatic, and the machine is steered with the two levers of the K-Ride system and turns on the spot, around trees, flower beds and other obstacles.

It is powered by a two-cylinder Kawasaki FR651V petrol engine of 726 cm³, with V-twin cylinders and air cooling. According to Kubota Europe data, it delivers 21.8 hp, and top forward speed is 13 km/h. The 122 cm mower deck has three blades and discharges grass to the side, and a mulching kit is available as an option. The cutting height is adjustable from 38 to 114 mm in 6 mm steps, and the blades are engaged by an electromagnetic clutch.

The operator is protected by a foldable ROPS with a seat belt, and the seat has suspension. With the mower deck, the machine is 2,006 mm long and 1,552 mm wide, the height with the frame raised is 1,738 mm and the weight 391 kg. The fuel tank holds 16 litres. Compared with the smaller Kubota Z1-421 with a 19 hp engine and a 107 cm deck, the Z2-481 has a more powerful engine and a deck 15 cm wider. All specifications
