Kubota G261 LD

The Kubota G261 LD is intended for larger lawns and parks, where the wider mower deck shortens mowing time and the collected grass is emptied onto the ground or into a low container. This professional mower differs from the G231 models in its more powerful three-cylinder Kubota D1005 diesel engine with a displacement of 1,001 cm³ and 25 hp, and its RCK54 mower deck with a width of 1,372 mm, the widest in the G Series.

The cutting height is adjusted from 25 to 102 mm, and the mower deck has a gear drive with an electromagnetic clutch. The hydrostatic transmission (HST) allows up to 19.0 km/h, with cruise control and differential lock. The 560 l rear collector is emptied at a low level, as on the G231 LD version.

With the wider mower deck the machine is 1,420 mm wide and the wheelbase is 1,460 mm, while the length of 3,100 mm and the height of 2,205 mm are the same as on the G231 LD. The weight with mower deck and collector, without fuel, is 855 kg, 40 kg more than the G231 LD and 140 kg less than the G261 HD version. That version has the same engine and mower deck, but a 640 l collector that empties at a height of 1,970 mm, for tipping the grass directly into a trailer. All specifications
