Kubota GR2120 S

The Kubota GR2120 S is a version of the GR2120 mower that discharges cut grass to the side instead of into a collector. It suits larger areas and longer grass where collection is not needed, and a mulching kit is available as an option.

It is powered by a water-cooled three-cylinder Kubota D782 diesel engine of 778 cm³ and 21 hp (15.6 kW). The 122 cm mower deck has three blades, and the cutting height is adjustable from 25 to 102 mm. According to Kubota Europe, it has four-wheel drive and hydraulic power steering. The hydrostatic transmission is pedal-controlled, with speeds of up to 9 km/h forward and up to 5 km/h in reverse. The fuel tank holds 18 l and the wheelbase is 1,280 mm.

Without a collector, it is 2,085 mm long, 795 mm shorter than the GR2120, and it weighs 470 kg, 75 kg less, so it manoeuvres more easily around trees and obstacles. Its width of 1,550 mm is the greatest in the GR Series. Compared with the GR1600 ID, which also works without a collector, it has a more powerful engine, a wider cut and a higher weight.
