Kubota GR1600-II

The Kubota GR1600-II is a ride-on mower in the GR Series that collects the cut grass straight into a 370 l rear collector. It is intended for owners of larger lawns and gardens who do not want to leave the cut grass on the surface.

The two-cylinder Kubota Z482 diesel engine with a displacement of 479 cm³ delivers 13.5 hp and drives a 107 cm mower deck. The grass reaches the collector through a tunnel, and the collector is emptied manually with the help of a gas strut. When the collector is opened, the mower deck is disengaged. The hydrostatic transmission is controlled by a pedal and allows speeds of up to 10 km/h. The cutting height is adjustable from 25 to 102 mm, the fuel tank holds 18 l, and a foldable ROPS frame is standard.

The mower is 2,710 mm long, 1,115 mm wide and 1,985 mm high, with a wheelbase of 1,280 mm and a weight of 450 kg. Compared with the GR1600 ID, which has the same engine and cutting width but discharges the grass to the side or mulches it, it is 95 kg heavier and 790 mm longer. For larger areas the GR Series offers the GR2120 with a 450 l collector, a 21 hp engine and a 122 cm mower deck. All specifications
