The Kubota RTV X1110 (O) is an off-road utility vehicle for carrying loads and people over rough terrain on farms, in municipal services, in parks and on construction sites. The (O) designation refers to the body colour, Kubota Orange. ROPS or a heated cab is chosen separately, independently of the colour.

It is powered by a three-cylinder Kubota diesel engine of 1,123 cm³ and 24 hp, which meets the Stage V standard. The VHT-X variable hydrostatic transmission has L and H ranges and allows speeds of up to 40 km/h. It has four-wheel drive, the front differential is limited-slip and the rear differential has a pedal-operated lock. All wheels have independent suspension with adjustable shock absorbers.

The cargo bed carries 500 kg and is tipped hydraulically. With ROPS, the vehicle weighs 1,000 kg, is 1,605 mm wide and has a total payload of 545 kg; with the cab, it weighs 1,090 kg, is 1,654 mm wide and has a payload of 455 kg. The length is 3,130 mm, the height 1,998 mm and the wheelbase 2,045 mm, and the fuel tank holds 30 l. The technical data are the same as for the RTV X1110 (C) in camouflage colour.
