The Kubota M6-111 U is the more powerful of the two M6 Utility Series models with the Kubota V3800 engine, intended for arable farming, livestock farming and municipal work. It differs from the M6121 U to M6141 U models in its smaller four-cylinder engine, shorter wheelbase (2,440 compared with 2,685 mm) and lower weight.

The turbocharged and intercooled engine with a displacement of 3,769 cm³ develops 111 hp (81 kW) at 2,400 rpm and a maximum torque of 379 Nm at 1,500 rpm, and meets the Stage V standard. The semi-powershift transmission has 8 powershift steps in 3 synchronised ranges, a total of 24 forward and 24 reverse speeds, with an electro-hydraulic shuttle and a top speed of 40 km/h. 32/32 creep speeds are available as an option, and 4WD and the differential locks are engaged electro-hydraulically.

The Category III rear linkage lifts 5,000 kg and the hydraulic pump delivers 71 l/min, with 2 pairs of rear valves as standard and a third and fourth as an option. The PTO runs at 540 and 1,000 rpm. The weight is 4,300 kg, or 4,560 kg with front axle suspension, with a wheelbase of 2,440 mm and a 190 l fuel tank. The less powerful M6-101 U has the same engine, transmission and dimensions, but 104 hp and 346 Nm, while the M6121 U has the larger V6108 engine with a displacement of 6,124 cm³ and 123 hp.
