Kubota LX-401

The Kubota LX-401 compact tractor is the more powerful of the two LX Series models and is intended for municipal services, contractors and the maintenance of green spaces. It is powered by the four-cylinder Kubota V1505-CR-TE5 diesel engine with a displacement of 1,498 cm³, which develops 39.8 hp with a maximum torque of 117.5 Nm and meets the Stage V standard. 33.0 hp is available at the PTO.

The three-range hydrostatic transmission makes driving easier when mowing, cleaning and working with the LA545 front loader. The rear PTO runs at 540 and 540E rpm, and the mid PTO drives a mower mounted between the axles. The Category 1 rear linkage lifts up to 1,150 kg at the lower link ends, the working hydraulics pump delivers 20.4 l/min, and four pairs of double-acting valves are fitted as standard, two at the front and two at the rear. The fuel tank holds 32 litres.

It differs from the LX-351 in engine power, 39.8 instead of 34.8 hp, torque of 117.5 instead of 111.0 Nm, and PTO power, while the transmission, dimensions and weight are the same. The length is 2,983 mm, the width 1,339 mm, the wheelbase 1,695 mm and the ground clearance 243 mm. The ROPS version weighs 1,015 kg and is 2,386 mm high, and the cab version is 2,167 mm high.
