The Kubota F3090 is a professional front mower for municipal services and the maintenance of large green spaces such as parks and sports grounds. The mower deck in front of the machine can be 1,520 or 1,820 mm wide, with side or rear discharge, and it tilts up by 90° for washing and blade replacement.

It is powered by a three-cylinder Kubota D1305 diesel engine of 1,261 cm³ and 30 hp. The two-range hydrostatic transmission (HST) gives up to 20 km/h forward and 11 km/h in reverse, and four-wheel drive works permanently or engages automatically. The cutting height is from 25 to 129 mm. Without the mower deck, the machine is 2,450 mm long, 1,370 mm wide and 1,985 mm high with ROPS, with a wheelbase of 1,300 mm and a weight of 765 kg. The fuel tank holds 61 l.

A mulching kit, an 850 l grass collector with dumping at a height of 2,200 mm and a cab are available as options. The related F3890 has the same mower deck, transmission and dimensions, but a four-cylinder 38 hp V1505 engine and a weight 10 kg higher. All specifications
